Experienced, Teachers Are Ready To Guide Your Child

Jennifer Peck

owner and director

Jennifer Peck brings nearly 30 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education to Inspiration Station. She earned her degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood focus from Shippensburg University in 1996 and later completed her Master of Education in Reading Education at Towson University. Jennifer began her career teaching 2nd and 3rd grade in Baltimore, MD, before opening her Family Child Care Center in 2008.

She launched Inspiration Station Early Learning Center in 2014, expanded the program in 2022, and began operating Inspiration Station at Saint Theresa School in 2023. In 2024, she introduced a Nature-Based Outdoor Learning Environment, deepening the school’s commitment to hands-on, child-centered learning.

Jennifer is a proud mom of two college students, Jayden and Joleena, at Lebanon Valley College. In her spare time, she enjoys line dancing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family and pets—including her Doberman, Lexi, five cats, a bearded dragon, and pond fish.

Ariana

Director of Inspiration Station ELC

My name is Ariana Apolinario, and I am the Director of Inspiration Station Early Learning Center. I’ve proudly been part of this community since March 2014. I began as an assistant teacher and, through dedication and a deep passion for early childhood education, grew into the director role. I hold a Child Care Certificate from John Dewey University in Puerto Rico and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

In 2020, I was honored with the PennAEYC VOICE for Children Award for my advocacy and commitment to early learning.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I moved to Pennsylvania in 2012. I am also a proud mother of four daughters who inspire me daily. My love for working with children began early, and I believe teaching is not just about academics—it’s about nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, watching movies, and spending quality time with my family.

I’ve worked for Inspiration Station for 3 years.
Everyday has so many special moments. For example: during circle time or activities when I see the spark of understanding, when a child tries something new or proudly shares what they’ve learned. Also when I get to connect with them one on one. Whether it’s helping them solve a problem, celebrating a small success or just listening to their stories. Those personal moments mean the most. Overall, when I step back and see how much my students have grown socially, emotionally and academically it reminds me why I love what I do.
Over the years I’ve built such meaningful relationships with parents, watching their little ones grow and celebrating every milestone together. I also feel incredibly grateful for the strong bond I share with my assistant teacher and coworkers. Working at Inspiration Station also has not only helped me grow as an educator but also as a person, and a mother. It constantly fills me with pride and joy to be a part of this team.
